Online dispute resolution: The European Commission provides a platform at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/ for out-of-court online dispute resolution (the so-called OS platform).
We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration body within the meaning of Section 36 (1) of the Consumer Dispute Resolution Act (VSBG). This does not affect the possibility of a consumer arbitration board in the context of a specific dispute with the agreement of both contracting parties (§ 37 VSBG).
